1. Who we are

Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the technology behind our website. Every purchase you make is a contract directly between you and us.

By browsing or buying from this store, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the store.

2. Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Spanish and EU law, including your right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee. If any part of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, your right prevails.

3. Using the store

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. If you're younger, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase.

The information you give us (name, email, billing and shipping details) must be accurate and up to date. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens under your account.

4. Our products

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. We may update product descriptions, stop selling a product, or limit quantities at any time.

5. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order for a justified reason, such as an error in the price or description, stock issues, suspected fraud, or a problem with payment. If we do, we'll let you know and refund any amount you've already paid.

You confirm that you're buying for personal use and not for resale.

6. Prices and payment

Prices shown are final prices for consumers and include applicable taxes (VAT or IGIC, depending on your delivery address), unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you pay.

The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order and confirmed in your confirmation email. Prices can change for future orders. Discounts and promotions may have their own conditions, which we'll show on the promotion.

You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you choose. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we don't store your full card details.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times shown in the store are estimates. Unless we agree otherwise, we'll deliver your order within 30 days of confirming it. If we don't, you can ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period, and if we still don't, you can cancel the order and get a full refund.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you or someone you designate receives the product. Delays caused by the carrier or customs don't take away your rights under this section.

8. Returns, withdrawal and warranty

You can withdraw from your purchase and return it under our Return & Withdrawal Policy, which is part of these Terms. You're also protected by the 3-year legal guarantee for products that don't conform to the contract.

9. Intellectual property

Everything on this store (logos, brand names, texts, images, videos, design and layout) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You can use the store for personal, non-commercial purposes. You can't copy, modify, distribute or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

10. Reviews and feedback

If you send us reviews, comments, or suggestions ("Feedback"), you confirm that you wrote them or have the right to share them, and that they don't break the law or anyone's rights. You give us a free, non-exclusive license to use, publish and adapt your Feedback to run and promote the store. If you've received any compensation or discount for your Feedback, you must tell us. We can remove Feedback that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or breaks these Terms.

11. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• use the store for any unlawful purpose or to break anyone's rights;
• send malware, spam, or false or misleading information;
• impersonate another person;
• scrape, copy or extract data from the store using bots or automated tools;
• try to bypass our security measures or interfere with how the store works;
• harass, insult or threaten our team or other users.

12. Automated agents and AI tools

Software agents or AI tools that act on your behalf on this store must clearly identify themselves as automated (for example, by including "Agent/[agent name]" in the user agent string), must not pretend to be human or bypass CAPTCHAs or other security measures, and must stop if we ask them to. We may limit or block automated access at any time.

13. Third-party tools and links

The store may include tools or links from third parties. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or policies. Please read their terms before using them.

14. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. Any sale is made directly between you and us, and Shopify isn't a party to it. Shopify isn't responsible for the products we sell or for the contract between you and us. This doesn't affect any rights you have by law.

15. Privacy

We process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy, in line with the GDPR and Spanish data protection law. Because the store is hosted by Shopify, some data is also processed by Shopify and other service providers we use to run the store.

16. Errors and corrections

Sometimes there may be typos or mistakes in descriptions, prices, or availability. We can correct them and, if necessary, cancel an affected order. If we do, we'll tell you and refund what you've paid.

17. Limitation of liability

We're responsible for the damages we cause according to the law. That includes damages we cause by fraud or serious negligence, and death or personal injury caused by our fault. Beyond that, and where the law allows it, we aren't liable for indirect losses (like lost profits) or for interruptions of the website that we can't reasonably control. This section doesn't limit your rights under the legal guarantee or any other mandatory consumer right.

18. Suspension of access

If you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, we may suspend or close your account or block your access to the store. We'll tell you why unless the law doesn't allow it. Orders already confirmed remain valid, and your consumer rights stay the same.

19. General

• If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest stays in force.
• If we don't enforce a right right away, we can still enforce it later.
• These Terms, together with our Return & Withdrawal Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, are the full agreement between you and us.
• You can't transfer your rights under these Terms to someone else without our consent. We may transfer ours to another business that continues running the store, as long as your rights stay the same.
• Headings are for convenience only.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. If we make important changes, we'll tell you as the law requires.
